Rudy W. De La Garza
Founder, President and CEO, and Chairman of the Board
Rudy W. De La Garza is the Founder, President and CEO of Tap & Play Media, Inc. He also serves as Chairman of the Company’s Board of Directors. Mr. De La Garza is the visionary and architect. The inspiration for the MPA came to Mr. De La Garza after he studied the high cost of retail merchant advertising and marketing relative to sales conversion rates. He has 30+ years of experience building innovative companies in technology and financial services. At TPM, Mr. De La Garza is responsible for leading the management team, overseeing the final stages of development for the Company, spearheading the sales and marketing effort for the application, and is in charge of the company’s finances and capital raising efforts. Prior to TPM, he founded PREE Corporation, a technology development company that focuses on “improving the quality of life” solutions. Mr. De La Garza also serves as a Director of First Dominion Financial, a financial consulting firm. First Dominion has assisted over 25 companies successfully structure IPOs and has helped many companies domiciled in the Republic of China enter the U. S. market.
Mr. De La Garza is a Board Member of Idea Finishing School, an incubator group that assists technology companies in business strategy and plan, and evaluation and feasibility of technology products. Rudy W. De La Garza attended St. Mary’s University and is a decorated Marine veteran. He received the Navy Commendation with Combat V and two Purple Hearts in Viet Nam.
Co-Founder, CTO and Board Member
Xavier Gonzales is responsible for product design and software development at Tap & Play Media, Inc. He is currently in the final stages of building the Company’s technology. Xavier was previously with Idea Apps, a website and application design company where he led the development of technology platforms, and client web-based initiatives and applications. In 2011, he founded TechCon International, a company that hosted conference venues to facilitate the introduction of new technologies to businesses and consumers. Clients included: Google, AT&T, Chesapeake Energy, the U.S. Navy and Texas Instruments.
Xavier began his career at the Pratt & Whitney Division of United Technologies where he developed quality control requirements and technical manuals for jet engine repair. He was promoted to head Process Engineer and was responsible for the global Foreign Military Item Repair Division for F15 and F16 fighter jets.
Xavier is a past co-chairman of the Science and Technology Committee for the San Antonio Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Gonzales received a B.S. degree with an emphasis in Mechanical Engineering from Wayland Baptist University.
Co-Founder Vice President and Board Member
Marie Ysais heads up all aspects of Internet marketing for the Tap & Play Media. She has over ten years of experience in web-based marketing and project management, with a focus on mobile phone applications and search engine marketing industries.
Prior to joining TPM, Marie was the co-founder and chief project manager for Idea Apps, Inc., a technology company that develops mobile applications and websites across multiple platforms. Client industries included financial and business services, medical and emergency services, education, retailing, and marketing and sales. She has significant expertise in online marketing, search engine optimization, brand awareness, and website on-page and off-site optimization. Using these capabilities, Marie has created online marketing campaigns for client companies that resulted in significantly increased customer traffic and sales.
One of her most notable accomplishments while at Idea Apps was the development of a mobile application that allows injured people that cannot speak to communicate with medical responders. Ms. Ysais received a BBA from Texas State University.
Thomas O. Turner
Turner is responsible for leading the affairs of Turner Holdings and Companies, LLC (“Turner Holdings”), which he founded through a predecessor fund in 2008. His direction includes sourcing opportunities, structuring acquisitions, coordinating due diligence efforts, negotiating terms, executing investments, working closely with management teams during the investment period, and assisting with the realization of returns. Prior to forming Turner Holdings in 2012, Turner was the founder and CEO of Pisces Capital Group. Turner was an Associate Director of Corporate Planning & Development at TETCO, Inc. from 2007 to 2008. From 2005 to 2007, Turner was an Associate at the Chicago-based private equity firm Willis Stein & Partners, where he focused on leveraged buyouts in the manufacturing, industrial, and healthcare sectors. From 2003 to 2005, Turner was an Analyst in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group at Wachovia Securities. Turner has participated in a broad spectrum of lower and middle-market acquisitions and divestitures as an investment banker, principle investor, and corporate strategic acquirer.
Turner holds a B.A. in Economics and a B.A. in Politics, cum laude, from Washington & Lee University. A devoted public servant, Turner was appointed to the Texas Board of Chiropractic Examiners in April 2009 by Governor Rick Perry.
In July 2013, the company began developing a three- to five-member Advisory Board of accomplished business leaders to help guide the President and the Board of Directors on the growth and development of the Company. The Advisory Board will not have any fiduciary responsibility or voting privileges. Each member will receive Warrants to acquire 75,000 shares of Company common stock as guided by the Company Warrant Agreement.

Mr. Kuykendall has been in software and embedded hardware development for 23 years. He has developed OEM Building Access Control System software and Hardware for Wells Fargo, Diebold and ADT. He has designed and completed cryptographic communication software systems providing Tactical Remote Image Transmission for the United States Government, the Distributed Intrusion Detection System (DIDS) for the Air Force Information Warfare Center (AFIWC), digital medical image acquisition, and storage and display systems for Image Data and E-Systems Medical. Mr. Kuykendall developed Encrypted Network Protocols and Remote Command Language Interfaces for Wheel Group; a computer network security company with the first commercial Intrusion Detection System (IDS) router later purchased by Cisco Systems. He has built out a country wide wireless mesh network as a community project. As the Chief Technology Officer at Exavera, he delivered an Asset Location system for a major hospital chain. His most recent task was as Project and Technical Lead on the development of an intelligence system comprised of command and control application software, communications intelligence gathering spyware and target infiltration for an International customer.

Mr. Richardson is Managing Director of Wolf Star Advisors, a New York City based consulting firm that focuses on the development and implementation of global digital ecommerce strategies for large fashion and apparel firms. He has three decades of experience in designing, building and operating digital technology for global organizations including: Brooks Brothers, Tory Burch, PVH/Calvin Klein, Ralph Lauren, MacLaren, BMW Automotive, Fidelity Investments, JC Penney and others industry leaders.
Considered one of the architects of multichannel retailing technology, Alex was the recipient of the 2007 Industry Innovator of the Year for his work on inventing interactive store windows for Ralph Lauren worldwide (US Open, Wimbledon).
Prior to WolfStar, Alex Richardson was Founder, CEO and Board member of Netkey Software which was acquired by NCR Corporation. Alex is co-holder of two multi-channel technology patents. Alex has an MBA from Yale School of Management, and a Bachelor of Arts in Physics and Economics from Connecticut College.
Mr. Rosoff is the CEO of Formative, a company he founded with a group of design and technology industry leaders that have a passion for solving difficult problems, creating new ideas, and helping clients grow and expand their business opportunities and channels. The firm specializes in designing and building digital businesses and experiences – websites, applications, software platforms and the marketing programs and collateral that drive and support them.
Previously Jonathan was a Senior Vice President at Avenue A Razorfish where he led the global Microsoft relationship across all offices and capabilities. Earlier in his career Mr. Rosoff was a Director at Digitas where he was the Client Strategy Lead. Major clients included Delta Airlines, Intercontinental Hotels, Gillette and FedEx.
Mr. Rosoff earned an MBA from Columbia Business School and graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Cornell University with a BA in Economics. He is a board Trustee and Executive Committee Member of the Seattle Opera.
Ruben G. Zamorano
Executive level managerial experience in the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulated industry with startups and established entities. Experience extends through medical device and pharmaceutical industries as related to diabetes, oncology and vascular access fields.
Founder and operator with bottom-line responsibility for new technology projects from intellectual property assignation, technology evaluation, prototyping, pre-clinical and clinical trials and on to FDA approval and market introduction.
